A client operating has a fleet of Construction/ Pipelaying Vessels, operating in the Middle East.
For one of their Vessel of massive 900 POB, they required us to supply, install and commission a Breathing Air Cascade System for the entire POB and a Wireless Gas Detection System for their vessel, which involve the massive delivery and installation in an accelerated four to six week timeline, here are points structured for a case study overview:
Needs and Challenges
Urgent Deadline:
The primary challenge was the strict 4 to 6 week deadline for the entire project, from order to delivery and full installation and commissioning.

Wireless sensors were strategically deployed in hard-to-reach areas to avoid extensive cabling and civil works, while air cascade systems were strategically placed along with an effective stainless steel tubing plan.
System Integration & Testing:
All Wireless Gas Sensors were linked to a central control panel and further boosted with routers, and the entire system underwent rigorous testing and calibration to ensure accuracy and functionality.
